Services

Hourly / Add-on Rates

  • Camera operator (hourly): $85/hr

  • Additional camera operator: $65/hr

  • Drone (operator + insurance): $200/hr or $1100/8hr day

  • 360 camera: $60/hr or $400 8hr day

  • Editing (quote bases on deadline and complexity: $75/hr-$125/hr

    Common Add‑Ons (flat)

  • Extra hour: $100/hr (per shooter)

  • Rush delivery (48–72 hr): +40% of edit fee

  • Steadicam / gimbal: $45/hr or $150/day

  • Vertical social versions (per edit): $60 each

  • Motion graphics / logo animation (simple): $120

  • Raw footage delivery (SSD + shipping): $60

  • Professional audio / live mix (event): $200/day

Policies //

  • Minimum booking: 2 hours

  • Deposit: 50% to lock into my books

  • Basic social/web usage included; commercial/broadcast licensing quoted separately

  • Second Revisions $250per revision

Video Packages

  • Bronze — $425

    • 1 hour coverage, single camera, basic edit (30–60s social clip), 1 revision, digital delivery

  • Silver — $1200

    • Half day (4 hrs), up to 2 cameras, highlight reel (2–3 min), music + color pass, 2 revisions, raw files included

  • Gold — $4750

    • Full day (8 hrs), up to 3 cameras + drone (when safe/legal), festival/workshop recap (4–6 min), motion graphics intro, color grade,2 revisions.

Laser / Stage Laser

Single-Operator Laser Calls

  • Half Day (4 hrs) — $750

    • On-site laser operator, basic show operation, safety brief, equipment setup/checks

  • Full Day (8 hrs) — $1225

    • Day rate includes setup, operation, shutdown, basic programming tweaks

Laser + Programming / Custom Visuals

  • Half Day (4 hrs) — $7250

    • Operator + programmer, custom sequences for multiple cues, safety management

  • Full Day (8 hrs) — $11,000

    • Full programming, show integration, timecode sync with AV, rehearsals included

Laser + Video Integration / Tech Package

  • Full Day (8 hrs) — $20,000

    • Laser operator + programmer + AV tech, timecode sync, video/lights/laser integration, basic motion graphics for show content

Add‑Ons & Fees

  • Timecode sync setup: $150–$750 (project dependent)

  • Additional operator / assistant: $700/day

  • Rush programming / same‑day changes: +40% of day rate

  • Permits / safety officer (if required): pass-through or $150–$400 admin fee

  • Insurance: proof required; charges passed through if extra coverage needed

Notes (short)

  • All laser work follows local regs and venue safety rules; client responsible for permits where required.

  • Bookings require 50% deposit; cancellation policy same as video services.
